Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

We offer shipping to Canadian* addresses only. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders $150 and over.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post** and arrive to you between 3-7 business days.
*We currently don't ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut.
**An alternate shipping provider may be used in certain circumstances. Provider name will be stated on your shipping confirmation email.
Free local delivery!
We ship out of Mississauga, Ontario. Free local delivery is about a 15km radius from the red pointer on the map below. Enter your postal code during checkout to see if you qualify! No minimum amount required.
Local deliveries are made between 6pm-8pm weekdays and between 10am-4pm on Saturdays.
Return & Exchange Policy
13WICKS Candle Co. does not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@13wickscandleco.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
